Welcome to GIF Craft! Before using our service, please read these Terms of Service carefully. Using GIF Craft indicates your agreement to comply with all provisions of these terms.
1. Service Description
1.1 Service Content
GIF Craft is a GIF animation creation app that provides the following services:
- Generate GIF animations from videos, images, and Live Photos
- Provide text, stickers, filters, and other editing features
- Two creation modes: Quick Mode and Professional Mode
- Membership subscription and credit purchase services
1.2 Service Scope
Our service runs entirely locally on your device and does not depend on cloud servers. All processing is completed on your iPhone or iPad.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use GIF Craft
- Users aged 13-18 must use with parental or guardian consent
- You must comply with the laws and regulations of your region
3. Account & Subscription
3.1 Free Users
- 100 credits bonus on first download
- Quick Mode: 10 credits/time
- Professional Mode: 20 credits/time
- Purchase additional credits (100 credits ¥6, 300 credits ¥15, 1000 credits ¥45)
3.2 Membership Subscription

3.3 Subscription Rules
- Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly memberships will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
- Billing Time: Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
- Manage Subscription: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices but will notify existing users in advance
3.4 Refund Policy
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store; refund requests must follow Apple's refund policy
- You can request refunds in App Store purchase history
- Credit purchases are non-refundable
- Membership subscriptions are non-refundable during the subscription period
4. Usage Guidelines
4.1 Permitted Use
- ✅ Personal creation and entertainment purposes
- ✅ Social media sharing
- ✅ Commercial use (if you own full rights to original materials)
4.2 Prohibited Use
- ❌ Creating illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, or infringing content
- ❌ Violating others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- ❌ Reverse engineering, cracking, or modifying the app
- ❌ Using automation tools or bots to operate the app
- ❌ Maliciously exploiting vulnerabilities or abusing the credit system
- ❌ Reselling membership qualifications or credits
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 App Rights
The intellectual property rights of GIF Craft and all its content (including but not limited to software, interface, icons, stickers, filters) belong to Tactus Studio.
5.2 User Content
- You own the GIF content you create
- You must ensure you have legal rights to use source materials (photos, videos)
- We are not responsible for copyright disputes arising from your use of third-party materials
5.3 Watermarks
- Free users' GIFs will automatically have a "Made with GIF Craft" watermark
- Subscription members can automatically remove watermarks
- Do not remove or modify watermarks without permission (non-members)
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Service Availability
- We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The app may be suspended due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time
6.2 Content Responsibility
- You are fully responsible for content created using GIF Craft
- We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of user-generated content
- You bear legal issues arising from your content
6.3 Technical Limitations
- GIF generation quality depends on your device performance and source material quality
- Some large files or complex edits may cause processing failures
- We are not responsible for data loss or file corruption (we recommend timely export)
7. Privacy Protection
Your privacy is very important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Service Changes & Termination
8.1 Our Rights
- We can update app features and service content at any time
- We can modify membership benefits and credit rules (with advance notice)
- We can suspend or terminate user accounts that violate the terms
8.2 Your Rights
- You can stop using GIF Craft at any time
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time (through Apple App Store)
- You can request deletion of your data
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Dispute Handling
- Negotiation: In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly negotiation
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, third-party mediation may be sought
- Litigation: If mediation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where the developer is located

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Tactus Studio regarding the use of GIF Craft.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
12.3 No Waiver
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
